  • Lead Customer Service & Inside Sales department (3 sales representatives / 2 repair tailors)Support B2B customers for the European market
  • Support sales team in sales questions, projects and administrative tasks
  • Support B2C customers
  • Check, record, process and monitor electronic, telephone and written customer orders (B2B/B2C)
  • Customer sales advice
  • Inform on current order and delivery statistics and stocks
  • Process returns and credit notes and incorrect deliveries
  • Cooperate with logistics partners, monitor and secure timely delivery
  • Handling of stock transfers
  • Create and monitor of customer service timeline
  • Support sales communication: prepare mailings as well as sales information to subsidiaries, agents, distributors and dealers after consultation with Managing Director KJUS European Operations
  • Support administrative inquiries/projects from sales subsidiaries and agencies, as well as sales contact for all LKI departments
  • Support ERP System (Netsuite/Repspark)
  • Support Head of Global Sales/ Managing Director KJUS European Operations in various administrative matters

• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education (KV, commercial school, etc.)
• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a sales office in a similar environment and position with team leader experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high customer- and service-orientation
• Very well-organized person with an accurate working method and the ability to stay calm and keep the overview and friendliness even in hectic times
• Enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy personality with the ability to grasp new circumstances quickly
• Sporty and passionate person who likes to take responsibility and lives the team spirit
• Fluent in German and English, minimum intermediate level in French
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, Outlook), knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage
